Fulfill the Vessel's Inscription (Sands of Inaros), can't see glyph. So as a follow up, I CAN finally see the blue filling up on the outside of the vessel. When I look at the full screen closeup view (pic 1) I can now see a very faint blue as well. So the glyph is there but extremely hard to see. Dec 6, 2020 ... Finished the quest. The quest was sticking at a loop after the final Manic was killed, and would not allow me to progress. This "loop" has happened more than once. By sheer luck, I noticed the Manic glyph, which had previously been complete, was suddenly showing partial progress following the Silver Grove update.

On the last part of the sands of inaros quest, i DC'd, and when i logged back in and tried to start the mission, the game mentioned i needed to have a sacred vessel in my inventory. You need to kill that enemy until the glyph's progress bar lights up and Baro contacts you mid-mission telling you to go back to your ship.
