Then, next to Mobile Network, tap the Add or + icon. You can get here from your iPhone through Settings>Cellular>Add eSim>Use QR Code>Enter Details Manually. Once I punched that in, I basically got some loading screens with Spectrum is activating the eSim. After 2-3 minutes, I was good to go. Hopefully this helps out some folks..
