It only reduces a certain amount of damage (evidently 7 hearts), if you're getting hit by anything that deals less than 7 hearts, you won't take any damage and just lose rupees.With that said, if i were you and is aiming for cheapest (but confident enough) to run said game at 4K 60 fps then any 13th gen intel CPU would suffice theoretically as they all have higher clock speed (4.5 GHz) and higher number of cores (8 minimum IIRC).
