2024 Davinci resolve grab still greyed out

I still can’t explain why both on DaVinci 16 and 17b9, which are on separate computers, I was having the exact same issue. If I figured out what caused it, I will update again. However, do know that any color information will not transfer over if doing XML. You must export from the “Deliver” tab for color info to be added. Sometimes, I can force conform the clip from the Media Pool, and that will take care of the situation, sometimes when I try to do that, the clip on the timeline turns in to a still frame which is very odd.I also couldn't play the files and the video was greyed out. I went back to previous projects that had worked and found the same issue. Here's a screenshot.
