My case is an EB2 - ROW, I140-I485-I765-I131 was concurrently filed and medicals were included with the initial application. 140 was premium processed and approved within a couple of weeks of submission. Therefore, you count your field office processing time. Google the first 3 letters of your receipt number and you will see it. Mine is also processing at the NBC and my Receipt number begins with MSC which was Missouri but was changed to NBC. .
